Big Rick's Auto Glass

Woke up to shattered glass on the rear door of my car and called 3 glass companies. The first one sounded super sketchy on the phone. The second one didn't return my voicemail. And Big Rick was the third call and they answered the phone and was very helpful from the get-go. It was easier for both of us to text (plus it was nice to have the information in writing). The price was good and to make it even better, they were able to come to my house the next day to replace the glass. Big Rick and his wife arrived right on time. They worked together as a team and had everything done in less than an hour! The window was replaced perfectly and they cleaned up when they were done. Since the replacement, we've had a lot of rain, and I'm happy to say that the replaced window is properly sealed and not one drop of water is in my car. Thank you Big Rick!

Rick and his wife are just the best! They answered and gave me a quote so fast, they're both respectively very personable and friendly, and they came and replaced my front and rear windshield in the same day! You can't beat the price, and they are just the loveliest people! Don't waste your time anywhere else!

Big Rick and his team arrived on time and ready to get the job done. They took their time to explain what they were doing and were very respectful of my car and property. Great local company.

Rick’s glass did a great job replacing our windshield on 2015 Honda Pilot. He notified when he would arrive, showed up on time and efficiently changed out the glass. Also reapplied our HOA stickers. They also warranty the work. We are pleased with work and highly recommend.

I called Big Rick's Auto Glass after not hearing back from another five-star rated competitor, I was quoted almost $100 more than the first competitor , about 20 minutes later I received a text knocking $100 off the price and was told they could do at that afternoon or tomorrow morning I scheduled it for the next morning and Rick and a associate showed up on time and that is where the PROFESSIONALISM stopped, as they got started I heard the associate blurted a few choice obscenities I went out to see if there was an issue as this is the first work I have had done on the truck neither Rick or his associate answered or even spoke to me, I watch them do the work from my front porch and when they were finished I've never seen a glass company use a blower to blow the glass shards out of the vehicle any professional glass company uses a Shop-Vac to clean your vehicle after installation, I have posted a few pictures of the glass shards within my vehicle and a few marks that they put on my paint during the install, their communication and their price was the best part of the service the actual service of installing the back glass was not professional at all, I was told by the secretary th
